Change to a Career that Changes Lives
Designed for students who hold a non-nursing baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or university, Herzing's accelerated BSN option builds on your previous bachelor's degree with courses that teach knowledge and skills for nursing care across the lifespan.
Herzing's accelerated BSN option equips you for a long-lasting nursing career through:
- Hands-on training in our state-of-the-industry lab facilities
- Strong academic support
- Thorough grounding in theories of nursing practice, including ethics and leadership
- Rigorous clinical training experience with our community healthcare partners
How the Accelerated BSN Option Works
Herzing's Bachelor of Science in Nursing is a 120-credit degree program. The exact number of classes and time it takes you to complete the Accelerated BSN Option will depend on your previous college experience.
If all your general education and science courses transfer, you can complete the program in as few as 20 months. As a graduate, you will be fully prepared for the National Council Licensure Exam for RNs (NCLEX).
